The app helped me find the car I want AND compare dealer prices without having to go to individual sites. The salesmen did not bother me except to follow up with courtesy call and email.

App is great, wish there was more of specifics, between the packages and the individual items (options). Example: when you select the packages the individual items that are included within that package are either selected/deselected to make things more clear.

Im really surprised and excited with amount of information truecar provides and the price is actually honored by the car dealer.

The app is amazing, you can have a great view of the market beside that just some dealers are registered. The nightmare started just when you save and lock the car, is a literally an harassment, Ive received 16 calls, 7 voicemails an severals emails from the dealers. It would be great if you can pick the way that you want to be reached.

This app barely works. Just being honest. It doesnt even reflect realistic numbers. Dont waste your phone space on this one.

Sends your phone number and email to multiple dealership who relentlessly call day and night. Also RECEIVED FIRST SPAM CALLS EVER ON MY CELL getting offers for free vacations, etc. They obviously disseminate contact information to other dealerships. Not worth it.

The most useless app ever , all it does , it’s give all your personal info to 3 nearest car dealership and gives you no real info or inventory in return .

Decent app. Gives good idea of options and pricing. However despite saying otherwise, the app shares personal information with sales staff every time you open the app. Count on at least three nearby dealerships calling you every time you open the app.

Only offers 2014 & 2015 model years? What good is that?

Lets just put it this way a dealer wanted to charge me $23,000 for my new car and claimed it was the best deal out. I went in TrueCar and got it for $20,000!!

This app is not going to buy your vehicle. It powers the buyer with true value, average current price and connects you with local dealers. It is a great market research tool that helped us negotiating better than expected price. I would recommend an edit vehicles option so that choice of searched cars dont clutter the screen; allow search options more flexibility with city zip etc.

Trying to log in wit TrueCar is like trying to get into Fort Knox. I can either fork over my friends from Facebook or log in with my Gmail account. When I try to log in from gmail account it wont let me in.
