The app itself works well and the information is useful but under no circumstances should you get this app unless you are looking to buy same day. When you agree to the terms and conditions which you have to do to see pricing they automatically send out your personal information to the dealerships and they contact you non-stop by phone, text, and email. When I called customer service to solve this issue they were unwilling to provide any real help and would not let me take back my agreement to the terms. Their only solution was to provide false information as my own on my account. How is that the solution from a customer service agent?

Looking to make another purchase and downloaded the app. Easy to use, etc. only downfall is the used car data and search isnt available yet.

Im now a true believer in True Car. It saves you from going back & forth with the sales managers. Theyll match the price and off you go! I just did used the app with 2 cars we bought a few days ago.
